Monitoring the recovery of COVID-19 for the EU and four largest Member States, the Observatory updates intellectual property rights indicators on a quarterly basis. Two updates have already been published, in June and September 2021, using data up to March and June 2021, respectively. The Observatory now presents the results for the third quarter of 2021.
