The study highlights different applications of  artificial intelligence (AI) such as cloud services, robotics, 3D printing, blockchain and addresses twenty different fictional copyright and design infringement and enforcement scenarios. One of the main findings of the study is that there are multiple opportunities, drivers, limitations and concerns regarding the use of AI in infringement and enforcement of copyright and designs.
