A key focus of this year's EFAA International Conference will be on how to make accounting an attractive profession and how small and medium-sized practices (SMPs) can attract, retain, and re-skill talent in collaboration with professional accountancy organisations (PAOs). In addition, PAOs play a crucial role in the well-being of society as a whole by providing information, ideas and insights and promoting the accountancy profession.
