The mission of the Foundation for Finnish Inventions is to promote the prestige, skills and operating conditions of Finnish inventors.
The Foundation for Finnish Inventions emphasises the central role of inventions as the hard core of innovation via its numerous activities. In addition to private inventors, the Foundation's interests also include university and employee inventors. In the future, the Foundation wants to constitute a major player in the development of the national invention and innovation infrastructure and thus act as a more visible advocate for inventors. In practice, the Foundation aims to be a producer, commercialiser and internationaliser in the promotion of invention.
