This is an EU-funded project implemented by EUIPO through the AfrIPI project, a collaborative programme aimed at facilitating the creation, protection, use, management and enforcement of intellectual property rights across Africa.
It will provide services directly to EU SMEs and channels for policy makers, providing evidence-based analysis of the best Intellectual Property (IP) strategies in Africa, including IPR enforcement/investment strategies for clients.
It offers a wide range of IPR resources, such as jargon-free, confidential advice on IP and related issues. It also offers webinars and training materials.You can also find interviews with policy makers and specialist lawyers who provide assistance on IPR management and enforcement in Africa.
