The course includes the following topics:

  • IP as an element of the business strategy;
  • IP identification strategy;
  • IP protection strategy;
  • protection of technical solutions;
  • protection of external form and designations individualising the product;
  • protection of IT products and solutions used in online operations;
  • commercialisation strategies for IP rights;
  • strategy for monitoring and enforcing IP rights;
  • IP management in the clothing and textile industry;
  • IP management in the IT industry.

Each course takes about 1,5 hour to accomplish.
