The European Business Angel Network (EBAN) has partnered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) to introduce an intellectual property (IP) section in EBAN’s Due Diligence guidebook for angel investors. The aim of this template is to serve as a guide for investors with regard to the principal areas to cover and questions to pose to a company when considering investing in it. The template also includes an IP checklist, created together with the EUIPO.
